JFFS provides an array of professionally-led support groups designed to help people cope through a combination of peer support and professional guidance.
Irvine group meets Tuesday@ 2:00pm – 3:00pm
Laguna Woods group meets Monday @ 10:00am – 11:30am
For those individuals who have recently lost a loved one, these 1.5 hour groups offer heartfelt support and guidance with feelings of loneliness, loss and isolation, learning how to live with grief, and moving forward.
