JFFS provides a comprehensive array of services for older adults that address their practical, emotional, physical and spiritual needs. We work with seniors and their family members in the home, in our Irvine offices, in residential living communities, or at one of our outposts in Laguna Woods or Anaheim.
The JFFS Helpline is open during business hours, Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 4:30pm, and Fridays 9:00am - 1:00pm. Through the JFFS Helpline, you will be connected to the services and programs that meet your needs.
JFFS care manager works individually with seniors and their family members to ensure that they are connected to all the medical, legal, financial and other support services necessary to live safely at home and to enjoy the highest possible quality of life.
JFFS provides in-depth social services to Holocaust survivors in Orange County: individual case management, subsidies for home care and/or housekeeping services, assistance with reparations paperwork, emergency financial aid and Café Europa, a monthly social program.
Silver Streak provides transportation – via bus, taxi, or volunteer driver -- for individuals over 60 and people with disabilities in Orange County.
The Irvine Supportive Community (ISC) brings together partners from the business, faith, housing and health care sectors to create layers of supportive services that help seniors to lead healthy, engaged and connected lives in their own homes and neighborhoods.
JFFS counselors provide sliding-scale counseling sessions to help older adult community members address issues of anxiety, depression, bereavement and other life challenges.
Bereavement support groups are available in Irvine and Laguna Woods Village, for older adults mourning the loss of a loved one.
