Family Services Orange County is the social services division of Jewish Federation & Family Services, Orange County. Formerly known as Jewish Family Services of Orange County, the agency merged with Jewish Federation of Orange County in April 2011. Today, we are Jewish Federation & Family Services, Orange County
We merged to bring together our core strengths -- in social service delivery, fundraising, communications and finance -- and in so doing, to provide more services to more people, more efficiently.
The Family Services division provides social services across the age range to over 3,600 individuals per year in Orange County. Our programs include Older Adult Care Management and Consultation, Transportation, Holocaust Survivor Services, Senior Active Living, Bereavement Services, Center for Special Needs, Women’s Employment, Crisis Case Management, Emergency Financial Assistance, Counseling and Psychotherapy.
We serve the entire Orange County community, regardless of race, religion or background.
Our Federation staff team is comprised of campaign, communications, finance, data, planning and outreach professionals who ensure that our programs reach the widest possible audience, that we build community in every aspect of our work, that we offer numerous points of entry for volunteers, and, most importantly, that we raise the funds needed to underpin essential programs and services.
Our lay leadership -- the Board of Jewish Federation & Family Services and its committees -- provides strategic planning, financial and program oversight and, most importantly, ensures that your dollars are spent wisely to deliver first-class services and programs.
