JFFS' Women Forward Program helps women over 40 of all faiths enter the job market. A certified career/life coach and a financial stability coach give one-on-one guidance, helping participants gain confidence, employment and financial wherewithal. The program is free of charge.

Every participant works with a career coach and financial stability coach to strengthen her skills. Then, she has access to any, or all, of the following services:
