We assist individuals and families to navigate the complicated social service, educational and health care systems, and enable them to locate and access community, health and government resources.
How does it work? The Special Needs Consultant provides in-person and telephone consultation to families with children or adults with special needs. Clients can receive a one-time consultation or can contact us multiple times for support and assistance on a wide variety of topics.
Information and referral to community resources for individuals with special needs is a community service offered by JFFS.
This is a sliding-scale fee-based service.
